Shipping: We deliver clinical products using Australia Post standard or express delivery. Orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days. Refunds & Returns: Due to State Health regulation laws, general medicines and prescriptions (including any preparation taken orally or applied topically) cannot be returned or refunded once dispatched. This is to ensure the integrity and storage conditions of the product. Change of Mind: The Follicle Experts will not accept a return nor grant a refund for any “change of mind” purchases.
